Ms. Zhao has considerable experience in handling domestic and cross-border equity financings, Mergers and Acquisitions, reorganizations and Employee Equity Incentive. The clients she represents cover a wide range of industries, including education, technology, healthcare, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, culture and new retailing.
Before joining Yenlex Partners, Ms. Zhao worked at a well-known law firm.
