Ms. Xu has represented numerous private equity funds and companies in their domestic and cross-border private equity investments and has assisted many start-ups, fast-growing, and well-established companies in their private equity financings. Ms. Xu has considerable experience in handling domestic and cross-border equity financings, M&A transactions and reorganizations. The clients she represents cover a wide range of industries, including education, technology, healthcare, biotechnology, culture and new retailing.
Before joining Yenlex Partners, Ms. Xu worked at a well-known law firm, Beijing Anjie Law Firm and Wenfei Attorneys-at-Law Ltd.

• Represented Source Code Capital and Sequoia to invest Casstime with a total investment amount of RMB 600 million
• Represented DoctorWork to complete the merger with Xingren, and thereafter represented the merged group to accept two rounds new equity financings with a total investment amount of more than USD 250 million
